1. INTRODUCTION
This website and any other websites or online schools to which these Terms and Conditions apply (each, a “Website”) are owned and operated by Ogdoad Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) and are governed by these Terms and Conditions.
By accessing, using, subscribing to, or placing an order through the Website, you—either as an individual or as a representative of a business (including any sub-users you may have)—agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, students, merchants, or contributors of content.
We provide the Website, including all information, tools, and services available from the Website, to you conditioned upon your acceptance of all the terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
2. NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
2.1 Orders may be placed nationally and internationally through our secure website.
2.2 Payment Options:
- 2.1 International orders can be paid by credit card (Visa or Mastercard only).
- 2.2 New Zealand orders can be paid by credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) or by direct bank transfer.
2.3 Orders are processed upon receipt of payment.
3. SHIPPING POLICY 3.1 New Zealand Orders
3.1.1 All orders delivered within New Zealand incur a flat rate of NZ$8.00 for postage and handling.
3.1.2 Orders are shipped via tracked courier to street addresses or via New Zealand Post to PO Boxes and rural addresses.
3.1.3 We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days (rural deliveries may take longer).
3.1.4 For courier deliveries, you will receive an email with an order confirmation and tracking number to monitor delivery status online.
3.2 International Orders
3.2.1 Shipping options depend on the value and weight of your order:
- International Economy – trackable. Only available for orders valued at NZ$250 or less and under 2kg.
- International Courier – trackable with signature required. Only available for orders valued at NZ$1000 or less.
- International Express Courier – trackable with signature required. Available for all orders.
3.2.2 The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout. You can also view a quote on the Shopping Cart summary page at any time during your order process. Orders are processed promptly. Estimated delivery time: 7–14 working days (depending on method and destination).
3.2.3 In accordance with New Zealand regulations, the retail value of the products must be displayed on the consignment note. Customs and import laws vary by country and may change without notice. Some items we sell may be restricted or prohibited in your country. It is your responsibility to ensure that items you order comply with your local laws. Any customs clearance fees, duties, taxes or inspections are your responsibility.
3.2.4 If an order is returned to us by your country’s customs authority in a resalable condition, we will refund the value of the products received. Refunds are not provided for parcels detained or confiscated by your country’s customs.
3.2.5 We recommend checking with your local Customs Office before placing your order.
3.2.6 We cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit outside of New Zealand.
4. RETURNED MERCHANDISE AND REFUND POLICY
4.1 We take great pride in offering you a quality service at all levels. Our products are treasures and are packed with the utmost care.
4.2 If any products arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we are happy to replace them at no additional charge.
4.3 Refunds or replacements are not available for items selected incorrectly at the time of purchase.
5. CANCELLATION POLICY
This policy outlines cancellation and refund terms for product orders and all educational programs delivered through House of the Bee® and its associated training pathways.
5.1 Product Orders
5.1.1 Orders placed through our website are processed once payment has been received.
5.1.2 Once your payment is confirmed, your order cannot be changed or cancelled.
5.1.3 Please select your items carefully.
5.2 House of the Bee® Course Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all in-class and online programs delivered through the following training pathways within House of the Bee®:
- Medicine Woman Centre for Shamanic and Esoteric Studies®
- Esoteric Hypnosis Training Academy®
- First Light® College of New Zealand Native Flower Essence Therapy
- Cosmic Cauldron of Transformation®
- Rune Witch® Practitioner Training
- Porta Alchémica® Astromagick Training
We maintain a unified cancellation policy across all training pathways.

5.2.1. Transferring or Swapping into a Different Course or Program
All enrolments are final. Once course access has been provided, we are unable to offer refunds, transfers or swaps into different programs in the House of the Bee®. Each House of the Bee® course is a complete program in itself and once materials are accessed, the value has already been delivered.
5.2.2 Change of Personal Circumstances
Refunds are not available due to a change in personal circumstances after enrolment, including financial hardship, illness, change of mind, change in living situation, loss of employment, relocation, inability to participate, non-completion or a change in personal priorities. Requests for exceptional consideration may be reviewed at our sole discretion, but no refund, transfer, pause or cancellation is guaranteed.
5.3 Re-Enrolment
5.3.1 You may re-enrol in a course once only, at no additional cost, provided this is done within 12 months of your original withdrawal date.
5.3.2 You must provide written confirmation of your original withdrawal in order to re-enrol.
5.3.3 If more than 12 months have passed since your withdrawal, the full or partial course fee will apply where applicable.
5.4 Courses with Physical Product Kits
5.4.1 For all courses that include physical products or ritual kits, no refunds will be granted once access to the online school has been provided, regardless of whether the physical products have been opened, used, returned, or remain unused.
5.4.2 This policy ensures the energetic sanctity and integrity of the training materials, which are prepared with intention and sacred purpose.
6. CONDITIONS OF PROGRAM ENROLMENT
6.1 By enrolling in any program offered through House of the Bee® or its associated training pathways, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined in these Terms and Conditions, the guidelines of the online school, and any specific program protocols.
6.2 We are 1000% committed to providing state-of-the-art information and a structured educational and professional pathway to our students. At the same time, each student is required to practise self-responsibility and take full accountability for their own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health and wellbeing throughout the training. Students are expected to have appropriate personal support structures in place during their studies.
The House of the Bee® offers its training to students through the First Light® College of New Zealand Native Flower Essence Therapy, Esoteric Hypnosis Training Academy® and Rune Witch® training on the condition that students will be using the information provided in the training for conducting flower essence therapy consultations and/or esoteric hypnosis and/or soul coach sessions, and/or rune essence readings and consultations directly to their clients.
The student enrolled into any training, program or course provided by Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber in any of her training establishments, agrees that they WILL NOT use, either in part or in full, any methods, models or information provided by Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber to conduct training to any other person or for any organisation or to present in public.
By undertaking the training with the House of the Bee® student agrees that they are fully and singularly responsible for their own actions and the use of First Light® flower essences, hypnosis, Porta Alchémica® products, House of the Bee® rune essences and any events that may arise at any time from the use of these modalities and products. The student thereby automatically indemnifies Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber and all agents and associates of the House of the Bee® from any liabilities or responsibility for any reason pertaining to any matter or event as a result of the student using hypnosis techniques.
The First Light® College of New Zealand Native Flower Essence Therapy training is for Flower Essence Practitioner status only and does not qualify any participant to be a First Light® College of New Zealand Native Flower Essence Therapy teacher or trainer.
The Esoteric Hypnosis Training Academy® training is for hypnotherapist or soul coach status only and does not qualify any participant to be a Hypnotique Protocol Esoteric Hypnotherapy®, HypnoSuccess Soul Coach® or Crossroads Protocol® teacher or trainer.
The Rune Witch® training is for rune essence practitioner status only and does not qualify any participant to be a Rune Witch® teacher or trainer.
6.3 Medicine Woman Centre for Shamanic and Esoteric Studies® – Specific Conditions
6.3.1 By enrolling in a Medicine Woman Centre for Shamanic and Esoteric Studies® program, you agree to follow the specific program protocols and requirements, including working with First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® teacher plant essences or Porta Alchémica® formulations.
6.3.2 These programs are powerful, initiatory, and designed for serious and committed students. They are not suitable for casual or recreational study.
6.3.3 All students must comply with online school guidelines and program protocols. This includes active engagement with the vibrational tools specific to your program.
6.3.4 In accordance with the ancient tradition of mystery schools, it is a fundamental requirement that students possess sufficient mental, emotional and physical capacity to participate appropriately in the training. Students who do not, either at enrolment or during the training, will not be permitted to continue. House of the Bee® reserves the full right to terminate access without correspondence.
6.3.5 Due to the deep and logistically complex nature of these programs, it is recommended that students enrol in only one course at a time. Each program addresses a different level of consciousness, and the mystery school tradition supports progressive and balanced development. Each student is the best judge of their own capacity and must self-monitor throughout their studies.
6.3.6 House of the Bee® and Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber reserve the full and final right to refuse enrolment or terminate access to the teachings at any time, without explanation.
6.4 Repeat Students
A repeat student is someone who has already paid full price for a course or program and now wants to do it again.
Repeat prices are available to repeating students at prices stated on www.franchelle.com and www.medicinewoman.com website. Eligibility to enrol into a course as a repeat student is as follows:
6.4.1 For First Light® College of New Zealand Native Flower Essence Therapy online courses and Medicine Woman Centre for Shamanic and Esoteric Studies® programs:
- Student has paid full price and completed an online course or program, and would like to repeat the course again online.
6.4.2 For First Light® College of New Zealand Native Flower Essence Therapy online students wishing to attend an in-class course with a registered First Light® Tutor:
- Students who are outside of their expiry date for the online course they have paid for are required to pay the repeat student price directly to the First Light® tutor if they wish to attend an in-class course. Repeat course price is 50% off the full price of the in-class course fee.
- Students who are inside of their expiry date for the online course they have paid for are required to pay an in-class attendance fee to the First Light® tutor to attend an in-class course.
- Extensions for online courses do not apply for in-class courses. Standard repeat student price applies for in-class attendance.
7. PAYMENT PLANS
By purchasing any training program using a payment plan on this website, you agree to the following terms:
7.1 You agree to pay the total purchase price of the program in the fixed periodic instalments as set out in the product at the time of purchase, using a valid credit card.
7.2 Payment plans are processed securely via Stripe. Stripe will charge your card at the beginning of your plan and then automatically on the billing cycle specified at the time of purchase.
7.3 All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST, unless otherwise stated.
7.4 The credit card on file will be automatically charged according to your plan. Any discounts or special offers, if applicable, apply only to the initial payment.
7.5 If your payment method fails due to inaccurate or outdated credit card information, or insufficient funds, your access to the program may be suspended or terminated. However, this does not release you from your payment obligation. You remain liable for the full amount of the agreed payment plan. Administration fees may apply where there are continued missed or failed payments.
7.6 Access to the course is granted only after the first payment is successfully received.
7.7 By selecting the Payment Plan option, you acknowledge and agree that you are committing to pay the full purchase price of the program.
7.7.1 Payment Plans continue on the agreed monthly schedule and cannot be paused, put on hold or cancelled. This obligation remains in place regardless of course completion or participation.
Pausing, deferring, extending or not accessing course materials or studies does not pause, defer, cancel or alter the agreed payment-plan obligations unless expressly agreed by us in writing.
Where we agree to pause, extend or defer a student’s course access, expiry date or study timeline, this applies only to educational access and participation unless otherwise confirmed by us in writing. It does not pause, defer, cancel or reduce any payment-plan obligations.
7.8 A certificate of completion will only be issued once full payment for the associated course has been received.
8. ONLINE SCHOOL RESTRICTED ACCESS
8.1 Certain areas of the House of the Bee Mystery School® online school platform are restricted to enrolled students only. Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber reserves the right to restrict access to additional areas of the platform, or to the entire platform, at her sole discretion.
8.2 If you are provided with a user ID and password to access restricted areas, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential. You must not share your login details with any third party.
8.3 Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber may disable your user ID and password at any time, without notice or explanation.
8.4 Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber and House of the Bee Mystery School® reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the online school platform or associated community groups, without notice or liability, for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Violations of these Terms and Conditions
- Disruptive behaviour
- Failure to uphold the integrity of the educational environment
- Breaches of program or community guidelines
9. PRICES AND CURRENCY DISCLAIMER
9.1 All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are correct at the time of publication. Prices are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to alter prices at any time for any reason.
9.2 We have made every effort to use accurate and up-to-date currency conversion rates where applicable. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of these rates. By using our services, you acknowledge that any reliance on currency conversions is at your own risk.
9.3 Ogdoad Ltd and its associated businesses shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of currency conversion estimates.
10. MEDICAL ADVICE AND TREATMENT
- You are responsible for ensuring the product or service is appropriate for that person
- Any necessary consent has been obtained
- Products are used only as directed
- We are not responsible for how products are administered, interpreted or used after purchase

- Keywords, archetypes, descriptors, and educational frameworks are the intellectual property of Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber.
- You may use First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® 10ml stock essences to create 20–25ml First Light® flower essence blends for personal use or use with clients after consultation.
- When preparing a 20–25ml essence blend using First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand®, we recommend using a House of the Bee® label on the bottle. Alternatively, the First Light® flower essence blend needs to have a First Light® label or should include the statement: “Made with First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand®.
11.2.2 House of the Bee® Rune Essences
- The structure of the House of the Bee® rune essence range of 25 rune essences, made from Vanterra Natural Health® mother essences, are created by Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber and are protected by copyright.

11.2.12 Oracle Cards, Divination Decks and Interpretive Systems
- All House of the Bee® oracle cards, divination decks, associated card systems, guidebooks, written interpretations, symbols, spreads, educational frameworks and related interpretive methodologies are the intellectual property of Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber and are protected by copyright.
- The purchase of any physical card deck permits personal use and professional reading use with clients using the physical cards only.
- No part of any oracle deck, card system, guidebook or associated interpretive material may be copied, scanned, photographed for commercial reproduction, digitised, uploaded, displayed online as part of automated reading systems, reproduced within websites, apps, databases, courses, publications, AI systems, digital products or social media content without prior written permission from Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber.
- The reproduction, adaptation, redistribution, teaching, republication or commercial exploitation of card images, written interpretations, layouts, symbols, spreads or associated teaching systems is strictly prohibited without express written authorisation.
- Where permission is granted for approved professional or educational use, full and accurate attribution to Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber and the relevant card deck must be clearly provided.
11.3 Course Material, Books, eBooks, and Other Published Works
11.3.1 Digital Publication Licence
All digital publications, including ebooks, digital articles, reports, manuals, course notes, downloadable resources and other digital content made available through our websites or online schools, are licensed, not sold.
Purchase of a digital publication grants the purchaser a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and read the publication for personal use only.
Purchase does not transfer ownership of the publication, copyright, intellectual property rights, publishing rights or any other proprietary rights. All rights remain the exclusive property of Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber.
The licence granted to the purchaser may not be assigned, transferred, shared, sublicensed or otherwise made available to any third party without prior written permission from Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber.
11.3.2 All course materials (written, video, and audio), books, ebooks, brochures and workbooks, including all text, original images, graphics, art work, photographs, design elements, and educational models, etc, is the intellectual property of Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber and protected by copyright.
11.3.3 These materials may not be copied, stored, transmitted, taught, or reused in any form or by any means, either in part or in full, in person or online without the prior permission in writing from Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber.
11.3.4 All course materials, supplied by us are for the exclusive use of the enrolled student and may not be photocopied, transmitted, used or disposed of to any third party without the written permission from Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber.
11.3.5 A maximum of 25 words may be quoted for review or endorsement purposes, provided full source attribution is given.
11.3.6 Under no circumstances whatsoever may these course materials, books, brochures, ebooks be used as part of any other educational or study program or made available to the general public unless permission to do so has been received in writing from Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber. Nor can this material be otherwise circulated in any form of binding or cover other than that in which it is published in hard or soft copy.
11.3.7 Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Restrictions
No material published by Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber, House of the Bee® or any associated brand may be uploaded, copied, pasted, submitted, processed, analysed, incorporated into, or otherwise used to train, operate, improve or generate outputs from any artificial intelligence system, machine learning model, large language model, database or similar technology without prior written permission.
11.4 Using and Selling Our Products
11.4.1 First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand®, Porta Alchémica®, House of the Bee® Walking in Light© oral drops and House of the Bee® Rune Essences are finished products. They must not be used as raw ingredients in the manufacture of your own branded or commercial products.
11.4.2 Porta Alchémica® products must not be blended, altered or added to any other formulations, including flower essence blends.
11.4.3 House of the Bee® Walking in Light© products must not be blended, altered or added to any other formulations, including flower essence blends.
11.4.4 House of the Bee® Rune Essences must not be added to any other formulations, including flower essence blends.
11.4.5 Vanterra Natural Health® www.vanterranaturalhealth.co.nz, founded by Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber, is the sole authorised supplier of commercial strength customised raw materials from which First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand®, Porta Alchémica® Astromagick, House of the Bee® Walking in Light© products and Rune Essences are made. Vanterra Natural Health® are specialist producers, manufacturers and wholesale suppliers of commercial strength customised New Zealand native flower and plant essences and the world’s first rune essences. Vanterra Natural Health® specialises in natural health formulations for holistic wellbeing and is dedicated to producing the world’s most pristine and effective vibrational medicine. Vanterra Natural Health Ltd is an established New Zealand business that has been in operation for over 50 years supplying customised flower and plant essences formulations to selected businesses. 11.4.6 Cloning or using our intellectual property or copyright material and without our written permission in the making, marketing and selling of your own commercially branded products or ranges of products will be seen as an infringement of our intellectual property and copyright.
11.4.7 All of our products are our intellectual property and as a matter of policy, we do pursue any unauthorised use.

These products are used as part of copyrighted in-class and online study educational programs that have been created and made publicly available by us. Under no circumstances whatsoever may they be used as part of any other educational or study program made available to the general public unless permission to do so has been received in writing from Franchelle Ofsoské-Wyber.
11.4.9 The resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of any of our products — including but not limited to the resale of products via third-party websites, online marketplaces, social media platforms, or retail outlets — is strictly prohibited without our prior written authorisation.
